How to Not Participate in this Recession...

Looking at your practice in a different light can help increase business and the $$$! Let me help you by taking a look at your patient mix.

A physician might want to shift his or her case mix toward more:
High reimbursement cases
Cash cases
Niche markets, specialty cases, challenges that appeal to the physician

Here are some questions to ask yourself:
1. What are the elective care and/or fee-for-service opportunities in your practice?
2. What equipment/procedures have the highest earning power (lowest physician time vs. compensation rate)?
3. Are there cases which fit within the practice’s purview that can easily be delegated to staff, thus leveraging the doctors’ time?
